In Addition

Here at The Grand Hall we do require a $1,000,000 event insurance policy which ranges depending on the event. If alcohol will be served at your event the cost for the policy will increase based on the amount of guest attending. We have a recommended company for purchasing this policy. If the rental period is more than one day, the event insurance certificate must cover all rental days.

Booking

We require a 50% retainer to book your event. This retainer will secure your date and can be booked as far as 2 years in advance. Your event must be paid in full 30 days prior to your event date. If your event is less than 30 days we will require the full amount to be paid at the signing of the agreement. Our building features a $400 refundable cleaning fee that will added to the agreement.

Weddings & Receptions

Two Day Rental

A perk for weddings we offer an option to block out the night before your event to rehearse, have dinner, and decorate. The venue will be available from 5:00pm - 11:00pm for a $900 fee. This option is only available for whole day rentals.

The Grand Hall is one of Murfreesboro's newest upscale venue.

Monday - Thursday

  • 4 Hours - $900

  • 8 Hours - $1,400

  • Whole Day -  $2,400

Friday

  • 4 Hours - $1,100

  • 8 Hours - $1,700

  • Whole Day -  $2,700

Saturday

  • 4 Hours - $1,300

  • 8 Hours - $1,900

  • 4 Hours - $1,000
