In Addition

Here at The Grand Hall we do require a $1,000,000 event insurance policy which ranges depending on the event. If alcohol will be served at your event the cost for the policy will increase based on the amount of guest attending. We have a recommended company for purchasing this policy. If the rental period is more than one day, the event insurance certificate must cover all rental days.


The Grand Hall Junior requires a $200 retainer to confirm each event. This retainer will secure the date and will be used as the refundable cleaning deposit. Events may be book 18 months in advance. Each event must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event date. If the event is less than 30 days we will require the full amount to be paid plus the cleaning deposit at the signing of the agreement.
