Here at The Grand Hall we do require a $1,000,000 event insurance policy which ranges depending on the event. If alcohol will be served at your event the cost for the policy will increase based on the amount of guest attending. We have a recommended company for purchasing this policy. If the rental period is more than one day, the event insurance certificate must cover all rental days.
The Grand Hall Junior requires a $200 retainer to book your event. This retainer will secure your date and can be booked as far as 2 years in advance. Your event must be paid in full 30 days prior to your event date. If your event is less than 30 days we will require the full amount to be paid at the signing of the agreement. Our building also features $200 refundable cleaning fee that will added to the agreement at the time of booking.
