Please note that your setup and event time must be completed within the selected hourly timeframe. Additionally, is a $250 incidental fee applied to the Grand Hall on top of your booking rate. We look forward to hosting your event!

Booking

To secure a date for each event, require a $1,000 retainer. This retainer can be booked up to 12 months in advance. The full payment for each event is due 30 days before the event date. If the is scheduled less than 30 days away, the complete amount along with the cleaning deposit must be paid upon signing the agreement.

In Addition

At The Grand Hall, we require a $1,000,000 event insurance policy, additional costs ranging from $120 to $140 on the type of event. If alcohol is served, the policy cost will increase according to the number of guests. For events lasting more than one, the insurance certificate must cover all rental days. The Grand Hall will handle the breakdown of chairs and tables, as well as the cleaning of the venue after each event.

Weddings & Receptions

Two Day Rental

A perk for weddings we offer an option to block out the night before your event to rehearse, have dinner, and decorate. The venue will be available from 5:00pm - midnight for a $1,000 fee. This option is only available for whole day rentals.
