**Please Note: Your set up time, your event time, and cleanup time must be completed within the hourly timeframe selected.**

What's Included 

Our 5,000 sq. ft. venue accommodates up to 200 guest seated.

What we provide:​

  • Circle & rectangle tables with gold chiavari chairs

  • PA system with mixer board

  • Wireless microphones

  • 2 Projectors with screens and HDMI connections

  • Food service tables

  • Ice machine

  • Room uplighting

  • Kitchenette with warming stove

  • Easily accessible parking lot 


We require $1,000 retainer to book each event. This retainer will secure the date and may be book 18 months in advance. Each event must be paid in-full 30 days prior to the event date. If the event is less than 30 days we will require the full amount to be paid plus the cleaning deposit at the signing of the agreement.

In Addition

Here at The Grand Hall we do require a $1,000,000 event insurance policy which price may ranges depending on the type event. If alcohol will be served at your event the cost for the policy will increase based on the amount of guest attending. We have a recommended company for purchasing this policy. If the rental period is more than one day, the event insurance certificate must cover all rental days.

Weddings & Receptions

Two Day Rental

A perk for weddings we offer an option to block out the night before your event to rehearse, have dinner, and decorate. The venue will be available from 5:00pm - midnight for a $1,000 fee. This option is only available for whole day rentals.
